Order processing
From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider.

– Fulfillment: Standard processing time is 5-10 business days. Depending on the circumstances (high volume of orders) and inventory levels, it can take a little longer than usual for orders to be shipped out.

– Shipping: When your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, you can go to your Account to check your order status and view shipping information. If the provided tracking number is invalid please contact Customer Support, if the tracking number is valid but lacks tracking information, please wait 5-10 working days for the courier service provider to update tracking information then check again.


Deliveries can take up to 15 to 60 business days. Average transit times are received in 3 weeks. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.
