HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider.

Fulfillment: Standard processing time is 5-10 business days before they ship. Depending on the circumstances (high volume of orders) and inventory levels, it can take a little longer than usual for orders to be shipped out.

Shipping: When your order ships, we will send you an email with shipping information. If you do not receive this email, you can go to your Account to check your order status and view shipping information. If the provided tracking number is invalid please contact Customer Support, if the tracking number is valid but lacks tracking information, please wait 5-10 days for the courier service provider to update tracking information then check again.

Deliveries can take up to 15 to 60 business days. Average transit times are received in 3 weeks. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL … WHAT’S GOING ON?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please contact Customer Support.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different storage locations worldwide so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. cosmstore.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
You can however, cancel your order within 24 hours and your money will be refunded. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
